Product Introduction:

For BWT application,we usually adopt 40micron or 50micron 4-layer sintered mesh structure.The sintered mesh screen can better remove organic particles and sediments from ballast water up to a particle size of 50 μm with great efficiency.K

The first layer : perforated plate.It has large opening area.
The second layer :support coarse mesh.
The third layer : filter layer:filter layer
the fourth layer :protective layer

Usually the perforated plate is on the outside.And the protective layer is inside of the automatic self cleaning screen.Due to the support of the outer perforated plate,the sintered mesh has better machenical strength and anti-pressure.Also it can guarantee the necessary filtration quality even at the highest of flow rates. The sintered mesh belongs to the surface filtration,it is very easy to be bach-flushing.
